A brief that starts with your cleanroom
Different controlled environments require different cleaning briefs. Tell us what the room is used for, which areas are included and whether equipment will remain in place. Include any site procedures that the cleaning team needs to follow.
We welcome enquiries for cleanroom suites, controlled production spaces and laboratory environments. Access, methods, materials and the programme need to be agreed for the specific facility.
Operational sites and new facilities
For an operational site, explain the available cleaning window, entry arrangements and restrictions around equipment or ongoing work. For a new facility, tell us when construction will be complete and which rooms will be available.
Pharmaceutical and hospital new builds may also require specialist builders cleaning. That construction-stage brief should be distinguished from the subsequent cleanroom cleaning requirement.
Information that helps define the scope
Share your room schedule, approximate area, intended room use, preferred dates and site specification. Include gowning or induction requirements and identify the person responsible for reviewing the proposed work.
If environmental testing, qualification or certification is required, specify it separately. Cleaning alone does not establish that a room is ready for operational release.

Does cleanroom cleaning include certification?
Certification, environmental testing and validation should not be assumed to be included. Identify those requirements separately so responsibilities can be agreed.
