The project brief should make clear what is included in the builders clean and what additional cleaning is required before the client begins its own qualification or release process.

For pharmaceutical or hospital new-build handover, ask about specialist builders cleaning. If stains need extra attention during or after the clean, ask about our advanced Sparkle Clean option and include photographs and surface details. Treatment suitability depends on the mark and the surface. For controlled environments, tell us whether your brief requires GMP cleaning, cleanroom cleaning or aseptic cleaning. Hospital theatre enquiries should identify the theatre and supporting rooms included in the scope. Where a project needs more than one service, explain the sequence and the team responsible for each handover.

Certification, environmental testing and validation should not be assumed to be included. Specify these requirements separately so the responsibilities of PharmaCleanse, the client and any other specialists can be agreed.
