Tell us about any equipment that remains in place, gowning requirements and restrictions on entry. These details help establish what must be reviewed before the scope is agreed.
Coordinate with your site team
Include the available work window and the people responsible for access, technical review and handover. Where cleaning forms part of a wider programme, explain the sequence of activities and when each area becomes available.
For pharmaceutical or hospital new builds, distinguish construction-stage cleaning from any subsequent aseptic cleaning requirement. The two should not be treated as interchangeable.
Clarify what is included
The agreed cleaning scope should identify the relevant site specification and responsibilities. If you require environmental monitoring, validation or other specialist activities, raise them separately at the enquiry stage.
The completion of cleaning does not itself certify sterility or authorise a facility to return to use. Make the site’s acceptance and release arrangements clear in the brief.
