Send clear photographs and any information about the likely cause of the mark. Include the material, surface finish and any treatments already attempted where known.
These details help establish whether suitable treatment can be proposed. Removal depends on the surface and the mark; complete removal cannot be assumed in every case.
Plan for the new-build handover
Provide the site postcode, the inspection or handover date and a list of areas ready for cleaning. Explain where construction activity is still taking place and who will authorise access.

A finishing service with a specific purpose
Sparkle Clean is an advanced builders-cleaning service for pharmaceutical and hospital new builds. It is separate from GMP cleaning, aseptic cleaning, cleanroom cleaning and hospital theatre cleaning.
A visually improved finish does not itself establish that an area is ready for pharmaceutical or clinical use. Tell us if additional specialist cleaning is required.

Can every stain be removed?
No universal removal promise can be made. Results depend on the surface and the mark; permanent discolouration or damage may not be removable.
