What we measure

With permission, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, device and approximate location information, phone-link clicks, email-link clicks and successful form submissions accepted by our website mail service. Clicking an email link does not confirm a message was sent. A successful form event does not measure our reply or whether a quotation becomes an order. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, project descriptions or other form contents in our measurement events. Page addresses sent by our tracking code exclude query strings and fragments.

Cookies and service provider

Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_RBLYJL357M to distinguish visits. Google sets these with a default lifetime of up to two years, subject to browser limits and settings. We disable advertising personalisation in our tracking configuration. Google processes Analytics data and may process it outside the UK. See Google’s privacy policy.

Withdraw permission

Select Cookie settings and Reject analytics to stop future Analytics collection in this browser and remove the Analytics cookies accessible to this website. This does not delete information already processed by Google.

Enquiries and privacy

The contact form sends your name, contact details and project information to PharmaCleanse by email through our hosting provider, Fasthosts. We use these details to respond to your enquiry. The form does not store your enquiry in a website leads database. It uses a necessary session cookie, PHARMACLEANSE_ENQUIRY, to protect submissions and prevent duplicate sends. That session cookie is separate from optional analytics and can be set when analytics is rejected. It lasts for the browser session; form security tokens expire after two hours. Short-lived abuse counters use a keyed hash of the connecting IP address and expire after one hour; they contain no enquiry text. The hosting provider may keep operational access and mail logs.
